Thessalonica - Alexandroupolis - Thessalonica
Unfortunately, there are no longer timetables of the bus company KTEL on the internet, but only the hint to a to a service number with costs. To allow for finding the timetables without having to understand Greek, I have prepared them for you.
Don't think too much about how to find the way from the Thessaloniki airport to the KTEL intercity bus terminal in Thessalonica. You can take either a taxi for 22 € (status 2008) or the city bus line 78 which starts every half an hour from the airport directly to the bus terminal for only 0.60 € (status 2010). It will take about an hour for the route. Airport and bus station are the respective terminals of this line.
