Η Σαμοθράκη ενδείκνυται για να κάνετε ποδηλασία, αφού υπάρχει ένα οδικό δίκτυο 60 χλμ. με μικρές σχετικά κλίσεις στο μεγαλύτερο κομμάτι του. Η κίνηση στους δρόμους είναι σχεδόν πάντα χαλαρή, ενώ τα τοπία σε κάθε περίπτωση θα σας συναρπάσουν. Υπάρχουν κάποια σημεία επάνω στο οδικό δίκτυο που μπορείτε να βρείτε και να προμηθευτείτε πηγαίο πόσιμο νερό, ενώ μεγάλο μέρος του ξεδιπλώνεται παραλιακά με θέα που συνδιάζει τον ορεινό όγκο της οροσειρά του Σάος με το Θρακικό Πέλαγος. Υπάρχουν επίσης όμορφες διαδρομές με χωμάτινους δρόμους για τους λάτρεις του ποδήλατου βουνού. Ακολουθήστε την κάθε μια και χαρείτε τον προορισμό τους που σίγουρα έχει ποικίλα δώρα για να σας χαρίσει.
Για αυτούς που θέλουν ειδικές διαδρομές έχουν να επιλέξουν αρκετές και στις δύο πλευρές του νησιού.
