Questions owners ask

Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. Ordinary WhatsApp on your mobile works. WhatsApp Business works too, if you already use it.
What if my number is a landline?
WhatsApp needs a mobile number. With a landline, visitors see a Call button instead, so they can still reach you.
Can you read my messages?
No. The conversation is only between you and your guest, on WhatsApp. We count taps on the button, and never see or store what anyone writes.
Can guests pay through it?
No. You agree the booking and the payment with your guest, as you do now. If you want online payments and a calendar as well, see the booking system (10% commission).
Is it on the free listing?
No. Free listings show no contact details. Simple booking comes with Featured and Premium.
Can I stop?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Yearly plans run to the end of the year you paid for.
